An informant of Bellamy's has told you that he's heard that there is going to be an armed robbery in Ashfordly in 3 days time. He doesn't know when exactly or where, but says he'll try and find out. There are dozens of spots that could be hit and you can't cover all of them. Do you . . .
1) Call division for backup immeadiately, you need to get all available officers to mount surveillance and an armed team of officers in a van to move to a location as soon as the officer on duty there reports the robbery
2) Rattle all the bushes you can for information, but don't tell division anything yet, they'd laugh in your face.
3) Do nothing, Bellamy's informant is going to find out any information he can, there's nothing else you can do. |
