She is played by Marianne Jean-Baptiste, a British actress who won an Oscar nomination for her performance in the movie Secrets and Lies. Viv is a Senior Special Agent with the missing persons unit in New York. She's often considered the mother of the team but as an incident in season two showed, she too is only human. I adopted this fanlisting from Libby in September 2006 when it had 50 members.
