What is a fanlisting?

Why is this site called Free Regrets?
I nicknamed this site 'Free Regrets' because they are the key words from my two favourite lines in the lyrics. 'what I chase won't set me free' and 'And you choke on the regrets, yeah'. These words seem to sum the song up as well, it just works.
